Hello,
Are private proxies (non-shared) blacklisted by services like blockscript? I so, are they removing the proxies from the blacklist after some time, or they're stuck in there forever?
Thank you!

Thanks! Do you know if I purchase a private proxy service (non-shared), will its IP be virgin-clean? Is there a chance that it has been used for SEO before, or it's a brand-new ip?

you will never know, even if is new for the provider nobody knows if it was used before

Yep. Many sites actually block proxies all together. Have to investigate other solutions.

All proxies either private or public can be blacklisted.
The best you can do is when you buying private ones if it is possible to have different subnet.
