Are posts offering free services allowed

Sorry for this ultra noob ques but I went through several pin threads but couldn't find relevant info.
My question is are posts offering free services say graphic designs or video editing allowed? (if yes, in which forum).
The purpose of this post won't be like a giveaway but rather a way to gain experience or hoping to get more (actual) clients

While saying wanting to "gain something" I don't expect the people I offer services to compulsory recur. Neither will I be advertising myself in any way.
I'll only HOPE THEM TO hire me again only if they like my work (I won't shove this upon them, it would just be in my head)
And another thing that can be considered as my benefit is the expirience I am seeking.
Is this not allowed to?

Check the Warning sticky in that section for more info. You can't ask for anything in return and you can't offer future paid work.

You may not accept offers for paid work. You will get a warning or ban if caught. You need to be Jr. VIP to accept money for work, even if someone begs you. It's against the rules, period.

I've seen plenty of such giveaways here. You are not allowed to ask for reviews in the giveaway section.
Then again, you have to be Jr.VIP to sell your service here.

This is how you should go about achieving it.
1) Actively participate in the discussions
2) Once you reach 100 posts and 60 days in the forum pay $97 and upgrade for JR.VIP
3) Open a BST thread in the marketplace
4) Post your giveaway and "hope" people will buy from you.


Bonus: You can giveaway your service in BHW Jr.VIP service reviews/beta testers subforum and ask for a review in exchange on your marketplace thread.
