Yes, people are making money off Pinterest and have been doing for a while. Any site whether it be one you have created yourself from the ground up or whether it be an account and page you have if it gains high traffic you can make money from it.

I posted a few pics yesterday of some cards in my game app as it's famous character cards and got 5 game Installs however nobody has bought any inapp purchases yet.

Thing is I asked for licensing these cards and got nonanswervat all.and this is very.mean for.som one who has 600 million pounds

It is possible.But how fast you can do it,depends on your Pinterest + IM knowledge.
And you have to make some smart decisions on your self, to reach new unknwon knowledge about pinterest tricks,what so ever.

Yea it also really depends on the product being sold. A friend of mine runs a womens underwear type business. They make a good living off Pinterest only as advertising. I could also imagine that is a way easier sell than some other products.

I would say hundreds are making money from Pinterest as they probably are on other social media websites as well. It is possible for you to do so yes but it's what you promote and how you promote it that will guarantee success.
