Are offshore anonymous domain registrars legit?

I've been looking around this forum and the web trying to find a domain registrar that's offshore & anonymous for some warez projects I have planned.

I saw a thread where some people were recommending www.prq.se (which is supposedly managed by ThePiratebay) as the best option, but I've tried contacting them twice a few days ago with some questions I have before ordering and have yet to hear anything back.

There are some people here who have also recommended yohost.org but not as many as PRQ

I've also found anonymousspeech.com and goip.com which was being recommended from an article I read here
My question is, are the services offered by these sites really worth it or is it all just a marking strategy? Can a domain be seized by the US government no matter what?

Looking for some opinions and recommendations.

I doubt TPB answers questions. I had to read their damn movie.There is couple three here on site who host offshore.No they can't seize depending on the other country laws. Then it's money and sanctions.Didn't you read TPB movie too? jpGood Lucks!
