Is it safe to use the same username and password for pbn wordpress? My sites are showing 403 error because I tried to change the url structure. However when I go to check if the sites are indexed they aren't showing up in big g. Do you think this is because of the 403 or they have been deindexed? I've never added any content or nothing. I'm using Ipn network for hosting.

So, you have sites with no content that cant be seen due to a 403 error code? You might want to fix that so your sites can be indexed. As far as username and password, its safe to use the same in all your sites, but could get all your sites hacked -- better choice is to use a different username/password per site.

Have the sites been indexed before? If they've been indexed and you can no longer find them in the SERPs, then they've probably been deindexed. Make sure you are searching like this:
site:domain.com

Kinda confusing, I'm assuming the sites were indexed?

If so then you have deindexed your network for other reasons. Be sure that you are checking the DOMAIN in Google and not some obscure internal URL of your network.

If you can't log into your site it sounds like a coding error. This could be the cause of your deindexation, not a link penalty.
