Are my keywords to hard?

I have done some keyword research and came to the conclusion that they won't be that hard to rank, but now Traffic Travis is telling me that they will be difficult to rank. What are you opinion on these keywords?

Can anyone give me there opinions on this? It's going to be my first website that I will try to properly rank. Looking for reasonably fast results to keep me motivated.

I could give you a screenshot of the top 10 rankings in Market Samurai for the keywords if you're interested.
 
It's look like somewhat difficult, but we can't obtain conclusion without knowing the type of keyword(buyer keyword/info seeking keyword). It may take few more time to rank, if you analyse your competitors backlinks you can get an idea to rank quicker.
 
Post a screenshot from Market Samurai seo competition module, it's hard to tell like that.

I would say that the difficulty is medium. it will probably take 3-6 months to rank on the first page. all you will need to do is make a very strong tier 1 and then back it up with 2 or 3 more tiers. send me a PM if you want any help :)
 
Analyze the top 10 resultIf ur looking for fast result i will pass on these keyword
 
I don't have Market Samurai currently, but ill install and run some tests with that and post them here guys, thanks for the response so far.
 
I just ran the keywords through MS and I'm guessing that if the majority of the boxes are red then the keywords are rather hard?

Thanks for spending your time to look at this thread guys, really helping me out here. Know a little about keyword research but its just hard finding keywords that I will be easy to rank and that I will be interested in.

That looks pretty difficult for a first site. What kind of site are you going for though? A MNS or an authority?
 
Dang, what the heck is going on with that last one? A 12 year old domain with 3 total backlinks?
 
Authority, want to make this into a long term earner or just a site that I can be proud of cause I'm interested in the topics.
 
Are these inner urls or main domains ? These are medium-hard not a good choice.
 
the 1st and 3rd looks ok but all depends on what type of site you are doing and how much time u wanna invest...
