The MFA websites I used to run were generated spammy. I could have scaled it up to $100,000/day but I missed out on this opportunity. I think it's still a viable market although I'm not looking into getting into business anytime soon. I might change my mind, though. I have to crunch some numbers and see if it will work well with non-spammy PBN's. What do you think?

Content does not have to be helpful. There is no one real truth. There are tons of incorrect information online.

If the site exists only to push ads, Google treats it as disposable.
If it solves a real problem, matches search intent, and monetizes softly, it can still rank and convert.
 
MFA sites still work but you need to focus on alternative traffic sources instead of relying on the search engines. If you find a way to lure people on social media to visit your site, you can make a lot of money. It depends a lot on the niche, traffic quality, what you offer, etc.

Currently, most MFA sites redirect traffic from link shorteners through cloaking. If you find a loophole to direct traffic, you can easily exploit it.
