Hi,

I would like to know that are the meta keywords thing is still valid?

Shall I continue to use them or stop using them??

They're dead. Google extracts the keywords from the content.

Description though is still alive.

you don't care about the meta keywords. but take care in meta descriptions

meta keywords no longer have SEO value for get them.

Focus on your content and/or meta description be sure to use your keywords in a way that would make sense just so they will appear natural.

for google it has no value.. but bing, yahoo, yandex and other major search engines still use meta keyword tag..

They have value, but for g00gle can harm instead help when over-used, so if you are not sure what you do skip them.
Have tons of "site scrappers" directories (whois like), that use them as content. Some of them provide links to your site - you want the link to have relevant content around.
Else g00gle don't give a fact for them direct from long time, but they are still content in the html code.
