When working in low-competition niches, do you still see faster ranking movement compared to competitive ones?

Or has Google made it harder regardless of niche difficulty?

Yes, that’s why we called that a low-competition niche.
If it is low competition, then we saw ranking improvement with minimal effort.

Low-competition niches can still be quicker to gain traction in, but the definition of low competition has changed a lot over the past few years.

Low-competition still feels easier to get initial momentum, but google's just way smarter now so you still need legit quality, even if it's not the brutal fight of a super saturated market

Yes offcourse is easier to rank a low comp keyword compared with a high comp keyword. That is why is called low comp lol . You will still need to make quality quality content and have good onpage but it will not require powerful links to can rank like you will need for high comp kws

Competition in niche markets is usually low, making ranking easier than on Google, which is now very effective. Therefore, you need specific campaign strategies and techniques. Although competition in niche markets isn't high, it still requires good SEO techniques and quality content.

Low competition niches still rank faster. But Google now needs topical authority even there. Publish 20-30 solid posts, not just 5.

Of course, where competition is lower, it’s much easier to achieve significant results, but these days there are practically no such niches left
