Are likes panels down?

Seems like with every panel I try to buy, i have my money sitting there doing nothing and orders stuck in processing. Already wasted $200 with money sitting on the processing phase. All i need is 5,000 likes to sit on two pages that will stick and not go away after a week or two.

Your panel providers are probably busted on FB. They and IG have been doing big cleanup campaigns.

Until 3 days ago I was able to provide 10k comment, post or page likes. Now I can do less than 1k because FB shut down the rest. I believe all the other panels too are facing similar issues.
