instagram keeps adding small features but i barely see people talking about notes anymore do you use them to start conversations or do you mostly ignore them?

I mostly see them as a way to share random thoughts or music rather than a serious way to connect with people.

They’re pretty hit or miss, a few close friends still reply to them, but most people just scroll past.

Sure, but that depends on the particular platform as well as who the intended audience is. Even though casual postings can create relationships, genuine conversations tend to strengthen them.

Mostly ignore them. However if there is some form of promotion or they are selling tickets to an event, thats about it for its overall usefulness.

Notes only show to mutuals so they're useless for cold reach, but replies land straight in DMs - teasing a drop to warm followers got me more replies than a story did. Anyone tested it on a bigger account?

Very few people notice them so, I don't depend them. Also you need to follow these people as well as being followed back in order for them to notice the notes.

I use them occasionally, mostly for quick updates or getting replies from followers. They’re decent for engagement, but I wouldn’t rely on Notes alone to grow an account.

I think Notes are still useful for quick updates or starting chats but mostly people ignore them unless the note is interesting or funny

I barely use Notes, but sometimes a funny one can grab my attention. Maybe I should try posting one instead of just being a silent viewer lol.

I think Notes can be useful for starting casual conversations, they are simple and easy to use, but not everyone pays attention to them. I mostly use them when i have something fun to share.
