The kind of giveaway you mentioned, I'm 100% sure those are fake. If they want to make it seem real, they're most likely giving the prize to people they know. There are exceptions of course, but there is no way to know which one is real or not.

Been there, done that. So yeah most freebie givers don't deliver to real people. Just comment on their own post with their own slave/child accounts and boom! The fake announcement about the glorious lucky winner. LOL

Not all of them are scammers, it depends on the brands that they ally too and of course it's a strategy to gain more followers.
