Certainly e-merchants, dropshipper, etc.

The best way to do it maybe google ads. You will see very quickly who gonna came to your website

Just a generic report service would be tricky outside of paid ads. But a free niche targeted report, pitched in context of how it would benefit with payment for the contact details may work well.
