Are Indians able to buy using Plimus

Hi,

i have been trying to buy something from a website which is using plimus ( the vendor is not based in india ) but i am not able to buy. i am based in india.

i tried this on two other sites using plimus but the billing page just keeps on loading and is eventually timed out.

Are any other indians facing this problem buying anything from plimus.

i know due to RBI regulations, the indian vendors are facing some issues with plimus, but does it apply to buyers also. Strange, if it does.

Yes they certainly can. I've just had an order from someone in India, paid with CC.

I am just not able to understand the reason for me not able to buy from any plimus vendor.

i am able to login if i go to plimus directly but can not buy.

Don't "log in" just process the payment on the vendors website and fill out the form.
