Are HTML Emails I store on our site effecting ranking?

Hi, when I create an HTML email to promote our main business, I keep it housed in a subfolder on our site. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but I've seen a drop on our organic ranking the more HTML emails I added. Then when the site wasn't getting as many leads, I pulled the PPC on it. Any ideas?

So long as those emails aren't being indexed then it has NO effect on SEO.
