They have program that scans the sites for vulnerabilities. It is all automatic.

You need to go in a different way. For example, the website you mentioned. Download that page, look in source code and you will understand how they add keywords and redirect. When you can repeat what they are doing on that website, you can scale it using Zennoposter, BAS or by coding your own script.
