this is about thick idiots thinking they hit gold of a branded domain but infact just pure trouble ....

It is worth paying full price.

UPS, Fedex, Tracker Boats (hence my user name) Lands End, Uber (those guys got really mad!), and a whole bunch of others all work well if you know what you are doing.

I've received multiple C&Ds from all of those mentioned as well as a handful of others.

It got to the point where I don't even bother opening the overnight correspondence from their legal team and just play things out until my revenue stream gets involved and tells me they won't pay me for any more of the leads I send.

Yes u can . U know what just do it and when they sent u an email to put the site down do it but at least like @BassTrackerBoats said make some money from it

The guy is not asking about using brand domains. His question is if sear.ch domain will work as good as search.com or fru.it as good as fruit.com. From my experience is working OKish.

If you bought apple.nl and started selling mobile phones then apple.com is gonna fuck you up
If you bought apple.nl and started selling apples/oranges/t-shirts (anything unrelated to mobiles) then apple.com can't touch you for anything.

Check on Nami.ng, more and more huge companies register domain hack. At this moment I wish I could have the hack SugarBa.by and SugarBabi.es. Damm it........
