Are friends that hard to come by?

I tried the contact list method. This is what I did:

- Imported CSVs to gmail, 10k randomly generated e-mails at a time and imported eatch batch to FB. FB found about 200 emails to have FB accounts per every 10k contacts added.

- I've imported around 240000 emails so far over a period of 5 days. Which means I've sent friend requests to roughly 5k people so far. And all I have to show is just over 200 friends!!

Is this the usual rate of acceptance or do I just suck? How do people get 5k friends in a week? (other than the farmville, mafia-wars "add me" thing)

It's an old method. You need a new technique man. My accounts, I get fans all the time! I have to beat them away with a stick! lol

When you are living with your mom and spend hours on BHW, and you never leave the house, friends become very hard to come by.
