I have discovered a page that gives free likes of real accounts. Do you know service like this? Are they safe? I do not know if I can give the name here ...

better not risk it, it can screw your account in the long run.

He means they can eventually ruin your account.

I don't use IG, so you'll have to ask him for more details if you need them.
 
You're better off growing your page organically as fake likes/followers don't help engagement and long-term can stunt your account. In some scenarios fake likes may help if you're also organically growing your account.

In the niche I am in, 80% buys followers and likes false and accounts like mine that try to grow organically are far behind. I have tried many things but my account is still very small 3335 followers in 8 months. I'm trying and working hard to grow faster but I do not get it, that's why I was looking at ways to get more likes in the first 10 minutes of the publication.
