Are free Google ads still works?

I have new site where I want to test the conversions based on target traffic. What better way could be then laser targeted PPC. However, I am no ready to spend too much money. I remember you could buy Google Ads from BST. Do they still work? I know Google offers (sometimes they send offers) If you spend $150, Google will match that will make it $150.

So just wanted to any similar service which is working. The site is legit and it is a physical footwear item. Where can I find these vouchers?

But here is how to make it work

Give your domain and keywords and make the seller give you a gaurantee of a week

This is possible only if your ads are white hat ads

If they are otherwise
There is no gaurantees that your ads will run

Yes, you can still earn some free credits with these methods, but it's not about the credits, it's about being able to spend those credits, and Google usually doesn't allow that.
