I started a network of wordpress blogs 100% white hat, but i need a specific theme made by me, is there any problem using the same theme for all blogs?

A footer or something saying theme created by blablabla etc is allowed, Interlinking I don't really see why that's not allowed, Dunno for sure though.

Make sure the interlinking is not cross linking that equates to similar IP regions

White Hat - should be fine
