Are filehosting links allowed on YouTube?

Hey guys,
Are filehosting links allowed on YouTube?
I.e., filesonic, rapidshare,hotfile, etc...
In the past i've pasted them in the description field for videos, but wasn't clear if accounts were banned because of the links or otherwise.

I have a sharecash link in mine and no ban has been seen on my acccount/s.

filehosting links are allowed, i don't know about sharecash though.

so if you can have vids removed with a single flag, what difference is it gonna make? if a person hates on you because they see your getting views and/or have monetizing links, their gonna be a hater anyway.

fucking youtube.... just like craigslist too fucking lazy and CHEAP to monitor vids on their own! too much 'power' in the hands of users. especially haters
