Very rare, don't count on it. Sometimes Facebook will award you a small credit if you are a new advertiser, but that's it.

This is a question to me too. Since, I have never seen anyone, like talking about the redemption of Facebook vouchers.

Only Facebook Account Managers can individually issue and its very rare.

I have not even heard about Facebook vouchers until now. That would probably mean that they are not so popular even if they exist. But, of course, you can try them and please send us feedback how it works
