There is such a lot of noise to cut through these days. It seems people are taking a more 'round the houses' approach to ads on SM platforms (ie not going from ad to purchase anymore, but finding your brand on various platforms before buying). The shift in consumer behaviour is making ads more expensive and less effective. Interestingly, it's the non-polished, more authentic content that is proving to be most effective. Best of luck
