Are extra Gmail accounts useless?

I just made 4 dummy email addresses that block all email going out of them as spam. This doesn't happen with my main email address that is linked to a phone, and I have been using for a long time. Are there any solutions to this, even if it isn't GMail?

Only 200 in 100 blocks, and it stopped me. I thought the limit was 500.
