I've read lately that they have been 'nerfed', what are you thoughts about this ?

Its not as effective as they were few years back. But they still work ( FOR VIRAL NICHE )

I did not think they were effective. Felt like I had zero reach when I didn't use them. I presume IG somehow flagged my account.
