Are done-for-you amazon affiliate websites worth it?

Are the done-for-you amazon affiliate websites worth the cost? I was thinking about getting one but I don't know if that would be worth buying and will be profitable. I'm a 100% Newbie at this so i don't know how to build a good converting website.

Most of them look like shit from 2000, sure they are good SEO wise but IMO making a brandable site that will be sustainable for years to come means it must look like it belongs in 2019
 
This question gets asked here regularly and the consensus is usually no.

Building a site is fairly straight forward and you can learn on here how to increase conversions, so your money is probably better spent elsewhere.

Are there any guides here or somewhere to get started? I'm currently using wealthy affiliate. Content writing isn't really my thing but i plan to read a few books. Are the content writing services worth it?
 
From what my friends showed me with some of the sellers who sell in the web design section of the forum, the quality between creating one by yourself and having a pre-made one is drastically different. I'd say learn as much as you can and stick to starting something yourself because the pre-made ones are mostly just bad when it comes to keyword research and overall quality.
 
I wouldn't buy one. From what I have seen they all look bad. Besides, you would benefit more learning how to build your own Amazon affiliate site. You make one, test it out, figure out SEO, etc. Then you will be on your way to creating multiple affiliate sites.
