Are digital items allowed in eBay?

They are frowned upon but people still sell them on there. I'm assuming they use a stealth account. Some also send a physical item with the information contained inside like a flash drive. It's a risky game so I wouldn't try it on your main account if you are afraid of a ban.

I think its not allowed, but people who are doing it already, they fly under the radar and always a risk of getting banned but also a backup plan.

This is a grey area. if you want to operate on a large scale you defiantly will need to have some kind of documentation in hand.

i think thats make your account get banned, in my country, some account can sell digital item on three biggest marketplace, thats fine, but if you do this on ebay you gonna get banned,

To sell digital items on eBay, you must list digital items under the Information Products header in the Everything Else category

Not good your account will be banned in a week, not because of eBay will catch you, it's because your competitors
