Are custom email addresses useful for account creation?

I always find threads about creating gmail, yahoo, etc. email addresses, but not custom ones. Let's say I have 100 email addresses (@mydomain.tld), can those be used for creating social accounts? Or would that draw attention and cause some sort of ban against email addresses that use my domain name?

They may link them all to one profile.
