Are copyright claims totally normal for big channels?

Hey yall

1. Do they deal with stuff like this on a daily basis?

2. Do u always get a claim first which turns into a strike? Whats the process?

3. If you schedule a video for upload and notice it gives a copyright claim do u just delete that video before its public so technically nothing happened?

4. If u get a copyright claim for a video thats been public for some time aka its getting views, do u just accept the claim and keep the video up guaranteeing u dont get in trouble? I would imagine bigger channels get claims all the time - do you just accept the claim, give away revenue and simply keep it moving?

A random example - For youtubers in the music niche, production tutorials where sampling often occurs, covers, etc - there is a lot of grey areas especially because a. its not manually reported and b. some people abuse the copyright claim system. Worst case for a big long term channel - Can you just accept the claim - give away monetization on a particular video and keep it moving?

The real big channels are fully aware of this problem and they won't take their account at risk for some lousy copyright claims. They are mostly buying licenses or creating their own background music and make sure everything is well-documented.

Big YouTubers would invest a lot in their channels. SO guess they wouldn't have this issue normally.
