Its not about price, you can pay for it but they will still use information to analyze it, develop it further, report to authorities if there is anything to report etc. The nature of the product requires it no matter the price we pay.

Why Italy banned newcomer like ChatGTP while they allow other services which do the same wigjuht any concequnces (Google, Facebook aren't banned in Italy)

It might be because of connections between the company and officials. New companies are not good in this aspect.
