If I have a billing failed facebook ads account that I have no use for, do people buy them?
They are $250USD daily limit accounts.
Billing failed amount is like $50.

I am just wondering what price these are worth?

In Turkey it is between 50-100 dollar. But dont know other countries.

It's an account that consumed clicks but didnt pay FB (for ex, you had a balance of $250, and just about hitting the balance threshold, you cancelled your CC or closed your paypal account etc). So, FB will block it till you pay your dues.
