There's a ton of blogs in my niche that have a PR-friendly page on their site, where they pretty much say that they sell reviews, backlinks, and whatever else. Some of those blogs, though, have a crazy high pagerank. So, my question is, would it be okay to get backlinks from those blogs if it wouldn't say that the blog post my link is in is sponsored or anything like that?

I would suggest wait for 1 - 2 months, since Matt Cutts just mention on his blog that he encouraging people not to get link from BLOG REPLY or those blog will write review. What im trying to say is that
if 1 - 2 months, you see the blog still have PR and still being index then you can get it - since Matt Cutts just mention this, we need to see where is this going before you wasting your money and bring your site down. Getting backlinks from PR-friendly site not bad at all, i would prefer related sites.

If they write to public that they sell links/articles with links it's always risky to buy.
