Are Backlinks From Article Websites Relevant?

Was just wondering because a few years ago ppl were killing it with backlinks from these article websites where you post your article and a backlink to your site

Are these still relevant nowadays? if so, which one do u use?

No they are not that sh** died years ago. you'll need to invest time/money and find some relevent guests post or build a niche relevent pbn.

Google has manually discounted the link value from content farms.
 
You can still use them to add some diversity to your backlink portfolio, but there are more powerful and more relevant backlinking techniques today.
 
Guest posting is ruling the worth of content marketing so, you can get relevant links through guest posting.

Yes I find them pretty valuable and important for building backlinks. But you should try guest posting too.
