I'm still fairly new to doing all of my website work myself. Usually I pay for it. On Google, I've found many websites that offer free automatic backlink generators. You just type in your website and click GENERATE and boom... you get over 100 free backlinks. I've read that the google algoythm can see what backlinks are good and which are bad. Also, Google can penalize your ranking if it deems that they are bad. Is any of this true? Have any of you used a backlink generator?

Also, there are websites like SubmitStart where you type in your domain name and it automatically submits your domain to all of the major search engines. Waste of time?

Most of those backlinks make your site to be considered as spam. Instead of wasting time submitting to thousands of search engines, I would focus on Google, Bing and Yahoo

Thank you. I've read a few other posts on this site regarding backlinks but they were YEARS old. Also, via google I've been seeing that its not good. Thanks!

The most famous search engines are google, yahoo and bing. Instead of targeting too many sites you should concentrate on few. And yes while you generate links from generators, most of them are spam, and it may harm your rank too.

@OP:
1. It is waste of time to submit your site on all of the search engines, just focus on major ones such as Google, Bing/ Yahoo and rest ones will auto crawl your site.

2. Yes Google can penalize your site if your domain is new and they detect bunch of backlinks in a short period of time.

He had found sites like ping-clan.com, for indexing, where you can submit a site and they send it to big number of indexing sites like any other indexer is doing, just online. Those guys present those links like free links or whatever. It is not so big deal for that kind of links, since X services and softwares is based on same principle.

Mostly I do my own backlinks I find a good blog and write something about their article and leave a backlink to my site

better focus on google, yahoo and bing like other suggested. Its always good to get a quality backlink with high authority domain. So better do your work manually

Thanks guys. I've been doing it manually. I found a site while browsing Google called SubmitStart where they submit your link tothe major search engines like Google/Bing, etc. Thanks!

Hello,

Actually, Google algorithm know which is good, which one is bad, and which is automated one. So it finds any spam links which are made automatically with the tools, will definitely block and remarked as spam. If this spam link connects with your domain, will sure your domain metrics will reduce and the whole site will affect as soon as it can.

So, if you want to get rank for a long time, you must not build backlinks by using automated tools. You must go for manual LB service. You can buy links here in the marketplace.

Best of luck mate.:)

they can permanently ban you from all search engines so beware of these tricks !

Do you know how to spam bad backlink on another website ?

There are tools like GSA SER and SCRAPEBOX which can build thousands of spammy links. Still i do not encourage to apply negative SEO to competitors.

tier one link should be quality, tier 2 can be just bulk link

I never trust any automatic backlink generator.
I believe a good content with unique writing will give you
a good ROI..

if you want to get fast money, I think paid marketing will help
especially using Fb ads.
