Are article spinners worth it?

I've had good luck using spun articles, but it's like anything else. The more work you put into it, the better your results.
Articles that are manually spun, where you individually select words and phrases to replace existing ones, will usually provide better and more readable output than just pressing the "spin now" button on an article spinner.
A properly spun article should be virtually indistinguishable from handwritten content. If that's the case, Google will neither know nor care. I've had sites with spun content do quite well getting traffic from Google.

If you were asked this question in 2016 I were told you yes, but nowadays I consider ANY spinner as pure crap.
And the spinners that are well working still require at least 20-30 minutes of work to shape the article.

Normally spin articles are not working nowadays. Anyways my suggestion is Wordai Tool.

I personally have not had luck with spun articles. I am getting the same ranking and results from using spun articles as I am with 100% duplicate content. I have used Word AI tool and other tools promoted on BlackHatWorld for generating "the best unique articles!" and they are not ranking any better than 100% duplicate content. I now just trying with translating articles to another language and back to English, fast and easy spinning, still waiting for Google updates to see the results.

Well, I am very pleased with the Best Spinner, quite an ugly piece of software, but extremely useful. What I like the most is its huge synonyms database, it is really large, the largest so far, actually. However, I don't use it for spinning, but rather for paraphrasing, and it is really good for that. If you also subscribe to Grammarly, chances are you won't need anything else.
I don't think is realistic to expect from a piece of software to transform a text into something decent/readable for a human reader....

Most article spinners generate garbage that Google can easily detect. I would recommend that you test the output of spinners by running them through SpinMeNot (search for this). It will give you a score for how likely the content is to be spun, which helps estimate how Google may be viewing your spun content.

not working any more if you are expecting it to be tier 1, still can be used on PBN's and othe web 2.0's.
