Is it safe to say that nothing listed in the yellow pages would be B2C? Because the yellow pages is a business directory, why should there be any B2C leads listed in there?
There is a b2b metro phonebook in my area. Then there was the normal yellowpages with all the sections. The white pages have people in them. The blue was all gov't. Depends on the jurisdiction. Once ma bell went South, everyone had a yellowbook or directory.
Years ago there was the cross reference directory for the county. Had unpublished stuff in it. Neighbors to people via street and address.
IF you are scraping the leads from yellow pages, then you have got your self B2B leads, if! you are selling to them. The platform itself though is B2C as mentioned above.
