Are AI Content Generators Really Improving SEO?

I’ve tested a few AI content tools, and they definitely save time, but the quality still needs a human touch.
I’m curious how others here are using them without sacrificing originality and usefulness.
Do you think AI content generators are actually improving your SEO results?

AI helps scale volume, but human editing is still needed for E-E-A-T and rankings.

ai is good for longtail keywords you can pick up a lot of keywords you will just be ranked 30-60 if its a fresh site. Human editing the ai article will always help and now that the majority of frontier AI models are watermarking text google might do an update to really decrease their ranking.
