Achievements are results of activity, as they are tied together.

The more achievements means the more warmup/activity was made, thus this will lead to better account stats.

Yes, it shows that the user is active and their behavior doesn't look like a bot

As far as I can tell they have no impact on the CQS of an account. The main thing that builds CQS is getting good posts on respected big subreddits. Post memes. Post anti Trump stuff. I get massive regular normal posts which boosts my accounts.
