Archives and category problem

Hello

For my website, Google not indexing the new articles since july 2.

Earlier, it index my new posts in 5 days after i publish.

When I check there are 2 same pages with different URL

Page 1: author/name and page 2: category/name

How to fix this?

If possible no index to google any one page, how to do that?

please advice.

I hope answers will help some new people too for avoid this mistake.
