Might as well use my old fart senses of smell and SEO accuracy and announce the April update a couple of weeks before Rusty Brick, that other ghost forum or the moustache guy wait for a Google nod of approval. You know how their update detection systems work, right? They buzz all their Google contacts until someone gives them a cookie, then all of a sudden "their algorithm" detects an update.
My algorithm is in my nose. I smell the updates coming.
The April slaughter will probably start this time next week according to the smoke signals I'm getting now from my old transistor radio.
