Apps not adding to home screen on Graphene OS

Hello BHW,

When I install apps on Graphene OS they do not add to the home screen. Is there a way to fix this?

On my admin profile I had the Aurora Store app installed, and for whatever reason that and F-Driod did show up on my home screen.

I uninstalled Aurora to try something, reinstalled it but it does not add back to my home screen. And "add apps to homescreen" is toggled on.
