Approving threads by Mods

since so many threads posted by that spammer using new accounts. isn't it a good move to implement something like this.
If someone opens multiple threads within short period of time they needs to be approved by a mod before showing up in BHW? I know mods have other work too but BHW can hire low level privileged mods for this sort of task.

Any post/thread limiting will just result in the bot making new accounts once that limit is reached.

The mods are usually around to purge the threads fairly quickly, and if not, the ignore button does the same job.

there stupid spoty young bot makers that just got a new cheap chinese laptop , they just found a python pdf to learn programming...

they think there funny what there doing , but they don't relies once there proper ip reviled from a leaked proxie in comes the blackhat gang ,

Exactly.
My guess is that he's using a bot to spam several forums and blogs. Looks like he's getting some traffic but he's not tracking where it's coming from.

I made a suggestion to mods to use regex to block phone numbers in titles, even gave them a regex to do this and they said they had another methods in the background to block this "Ba Ba Love Machine" spam.

It doesn't seem to be working (no offense).

Doing things manually on a forum such as this is going to require effort, simple efforts made to stop new accounts from posting phone numbers (via regex) and blocking URL shortners (which I think is against the rules anyway) would probably stop it.

I run my own forum, doing both these things work for me.

Most people here like to talk about blackhat rather than do it.
