I received a suspicious blog comment from a reader that was completely outside of my demographics recently. There was no links in the blog comment only their email address.

I'm wondering whether or not I can get my website hacked into or have private information leaked out if I approve their wordpress comment on my blog?

Thanks

A comment with an email address only can't hack your site. It's requires a link. The aim of doing that is probably to get people to email them and then try to sell some scammy shit of some degree or another once people contact them.
