So I'm thinking of applying for adsense or get everything in order before applying such as the mandatory pages the website should have however I have a problem.

From what I read a while back is that Google sends a pin to verify the account via mail. The problem is that our post office is not operating well here.

Is there a way to verify an adsense account without the need of this letter with the pin?

You can consider trying the phone verification method for AdSense. In certain countries, Google allows verification through phone numbers.check with adsense support.

Contact AdSense support and let them know about your issue. They'll most likely give you an alternative option.

Thanks guys, will see what happens when I do it. My site got 200 clicks so far and it's been 2 months. Not sure if it's too soon too apply but there's 100 articles.

If your content are unique, and you have the appropriate pages and traffic, it won't be difficult to get your site adsense-approved.

You can use Email method to verify pin. But it give after 3 attempts fail with mail verifying.

There is no email method. There is address verification through id upload after three incorrect pin.

You can apply now and most likely you will get approved if the site is not outside of Google Adsense policies.
