Approved then disapproved?

I've been running some campaigns with facebook ads lately and set up a new campaign recently and it was approved and I got about 70,000 impressions and then my ad was disapproved shortly after. I never changed anything either.

Which really sucks because I was getting a CRT of 0.09 which is high for me.

Any reason why an ad would get approved, then shortly after they disapprove it?
