Appropriate scrapebox usage?

How many backlinks should you create a day with scrapebox without getting into trouble. What are the limits? Like if you scraped a million urls for just one website to post to can you get away with it?

First thing first, never blast scrapebox direct on your money site rather always use buffer sites like web.20 profiles, article links or bookmark links etc. Is you using buffer sites, then you need not to worry about quantity but still as we hearing these days that google is also penalizing over optimized sites, keep them under radar but rotating keywords or by adding generic keywords.

I normally do 8k to 10k verified links to my buffer sites in a week but mind you my sites are over a year old, if your sites are less then a year keep them around 5k-8k only.

Thanks good thing i didnt make a huge blast to my money site. I dont know much about web 2.0 sites what are these exactly and which ones can i use?

Web2.0 sites are free sites that allow you to create web pages/blogs for free. Google love them and index them regularly, so if you placing links on them, there is a good chance your links will get indexed quickly. Below mentioned are few high PR web2.0 sites:-

jimdo.com, webs.com, yolasite.com, orbs.com, weebly.com, posterous.com, wordpress.com, blogspot.com, hubpages.com etc.
