Appropriate methods for SE nuke?

Well, I've been blasted hard by penguin, ended up just registering a new domain instead and hit page 2 with hardly any links. Now, I started testing SEnuke out with really light campaigns, like one or two modules in the diagram, and apparently even that's too much?? they're not even linked together, just pointing from random directions.

I've been drip feeding the links, but should I keep it down to a lower submission of the links I'm submitting? Like 10-20 a day? I boosted it up to 100, and I think that might be why?

Now my question is, are there effective ways post penguin to use senuke? If so, please share your xls for your diagrams.
Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

(and yes, I'm diversifying my links with other networks.)

Is it because senuke doesn't spin the usernames? And posts under the same username hundreds of times?

Keyword variety. I slam new sites with a full monty to start the ranking process. However, I use about 100 keywords per blast unlike most who slam their sites with just one keyword.

well I'll say it right now, I'm using about 20 different keywords. I've made sure to diversify.

It's diversity in the air. I would also recommend not to use forum profiles directly on your site. Better stick to social networks, social bookmarks and article directories.

good feedback guys. I've been using 3-8 keywords but will blast with more now! I've found a 10 tier 2.0 Blast (chain) to be very effective for medium-high competition phrases...
