Appraise my niche website!

Hey Guys,

Need your appraisal on my niche website

-Its a .com
-Dental health is the niche
-Has got around 100 unique decent articles.
-Gets around 500 uniques a day
-75-85% from search engine..
-Doesnt rank for highly competitive terms. but ranks for many low competitive keywords..
-Earnings (Around $400(Adsense +TLA)-each month for the past six months..
-Aged domain...

My estimate would be around $4k-5K (I know its kinda on the high side.. But i just tend to think due to the niche)

i did try some cb and cj products and a few other stuff.
None seem to work.
