I reg'd these domains a short time ago

current - movies DOT com
teens legal DOT com
Limb Surgery DOT com

are they worth anything? Can I start sending fake traffic to these to boost alexa and then sell them? l - would that increase the value of these domains?

Most would only be worth anything if developed.

The hypen in current movies kills it so I would say low xx.
Teens legal maybe 25 - 30 if your lucky.
Limb Surgery maybe if you find someone that's into that kind of thing but again low xx if anything.

Does developing mean having backlinks and/or traffic?

For these domains to be worth anything, the content will have to be included?

A developed website means that it is operational. Some websites dont even need to be developed to be sold because of the value of the name(s) in the domain name. If you really want to find out than use a paid domain appraisal service. No one can answer your question about if the domains will be worth anything if the content is included because you have to research that stuff yourself and it depends on what people are looking to buy.

Paid appraisals are a waste of time. A domain is ultimately worth what someone will pay for it.

When determining the worth a domain alot of factors will come into play..... brandability, definition, pronounceable, length of the domain, age, any traffic, any revenue, etc...

A developed website doesn't have to mean some huge complicated website. You could do a mini content site... white labels etc depending on what your domain is.

Current-Movies.com could be turned into a movie review website and use it to advertise cpa offers such as movie gallery or netflix.

Teenlegal could be used for a white label dating or adult site.

LimbSurgery could maybe be an informational site on different types of bone diseases or issues that would require the need of surgery. You could advertise things such as health insurance, vitamins, health or medical products like support shoes, walkers, canes, etc depending on what you do with the site.

Exactly what he said, develop the website a bit and monetize them. Get offers on them even, index them, start getting backlinks etc -

If its just parked, people don't really care much. But the idea is to drive traffic to the website so someone looking for it, maybe who wants to buy it from a registrar goes and looks who owns it, thinks you're making decent money on it and offers you more.

Also - when selling a website, its also just as easy to setup a fake website..such as the teen dating or sex site or plastic surgery or wtf ever you were planning on doing, then emailing people who you think could profit from that website or domain name. Just sending a formal email saying 'hey I have ___, it gets some decent traffic, blah blah blah, pay me now, k thx la~" or something to that extent.

Just my 2.95
